This is an in-person hiring event featuring two rounds of interviews. You’ll have the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about available roles, and take the next step toward joining Aces for Autism. This is your chance to go beyond a paper application, make a strong first impression, and truly let your personality, passion, and professionalism shine in person.

Pay & Growth Opportunities

• RBT staff: $23–$25/hour + opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses

• BT staff: $18–$20/hour + quarterly bonuses

  • BTs can earn their RBT certification (often in as little as 30 days) and receive an increase to $23/hour upon completion.
